One of our missions at the Califa Library Group is to work to keep our members up to date on the newest products, technologies, and hot topics in the library world. We set up Product Review Teams for many products that are new to the library market (usually about 4-6/year) and publish the results here. We also have set up wikis on several current topics such as eBooks, Digitization and RFID where you can share your experience and get input from other member libraries. All Califa members receive free access to the Charleston Advisor, which provides in-depth reviews on databases. Finally, Califa administers the Librarians' Internet Index, a guide to websites you can trust chosen by librarians.
