Third-Party Content for SimplyE application

The SimplyE software includes access to content provided by several third-party services. Each participating library will have access to one or several of the available third-party Content through SimplyE.  The following list contains information about the terms and conditions for use of current third-party providers' content and services:

  1. Overdrive Inc. Overdrive Inc. ("Overdrive") is a corporation having its principal place of business at One OverDrive Way, Cleveland, OH 44125. Overdrive's services and Content are governed by its terms and conditions, which can be found at: http://company.overdrive.com/terms-conditions/ (last visited 6/5/17). You may not use the Overdrive services and Content except in compliance with these terms.
  2. Bibliotheca Group. Bibliotheca Group ("Bibliotheca") is a corporation having its principal place of business at 403 Hayward Ave North, Oakdale, MN 55128. Bibliotheca's Cloud Library services and Content are governed by the Bibliotheca Cloud Library Services Terms of Use which can be found at: http://download.yourcloudlibrary.com/apps/CloudLibrary_TOU.html (last visited 7/30/18.) You may not use the Bibliotheca services and Content except in compliance with these terms.
  3. Recorded Books. Recorded Books ("RBdigital") is a corporation having its principal place of business at 270 Skipjack Road, Prince Frederick, MD 20678. Recorded Books services and Content are governed by its terms and conditions, which can be found at: https://www.rbdigital.com/terms-of-use (last visited 6/5/17). You may not use Recorded Books services and Content except in compliance with these terms.
  4. Califa (enki).  Califa is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation having its principle place of business at 330 Townsend St. Suite 133, San Francisco, CA 94107.  Califa's enki Library service and Content are governed by its terms and conditions, which can be found at: https://califa.org/terms (last visited 8/16/17). You may not use Califa's services and Content except in compliance with these terms.
  5. Baker & Taylor Inc. Baker & Taylor Inc.("B&T") is a corporation having its principal place of business at 2550 W. Tyvola Road, Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28217. B&T's Axis360 services and Content are governed by its own license agreement, which can be found at: http://www.baker-taylor.com/axis360privacy.cfm (last visited 8/16/17).
